Responsibilities:

ROLE

As the Senior Analyst on Loyalty Portfolio’s Program Management team, you will spearhead project prioritization and assignment, implementing optimal program management practices. Your primary mission will be to collaborate closely with essential cross-functional leads to deliver impactful initiatives that contribute to PC Optimum’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities include leading the quarterly PC Optimum roadmapping process, coordinating resource allocation with product managers, and project managing various key workstreams for the business. Monitoring and adjusting roadmap delivery plans will be crucial, as you meticulously track intakes and requests across critical projects within the portfolio and raise resource constraints to Senior Leadership. The ultimate goal of this role is to help strategize the best program plan for PC Optimum, working alongside a team of cross-functional product and project managers to prioritize, analyze, and bring PC Optimum’s initiatives to life.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct the quarterly PC Optimum roadmapping process to prioritize and allocate work among PCO’s Digital and Technology teams. Present roadmap proposals to Senior Leadership for alignment.
  • Manage requests for PC Optimum resources through intake prioritization and weekly governance processes.
  • Act as the business owner for PC Optimum Insiders, overseeing its budget and daily operations as well as managing escalations.
  • Lead priority initiatives for PC Optimum, managing cross-functional leads to bring a project from ideation to execution.
  • Act as a liaison between PC Optimum business and operational teams including Customer Centre of Excellence and Fraud Prevention.
  • Integrate intake management and roadmapping processes with automated tools to provide real-time views and status updates.
  • Tie roadmap initiatives to predictive and impact analysis against topline goals.
  • Coordinate team meetings and culture events, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in fostering relationships across diverse levels within complex matrix organizations, adept at managing feedback loops and expectations effectively.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, skilled at crafting visually engaging presentations tailored to senior audiences to convey key messages effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, creating environments where everything has its place, fostering team accountability, and ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Leadership in guiding cross-functional project teams through the entire project lifecycle, adept at anticipating, mitigating, and resolving conflicts across teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, adept at addressing complex projects and navigating unstructured problems effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to distill insights from large, complex datasets, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Dedicated to continuous learning and process improvement, with a focus on enhancing project planning and resource management efficiencies. Experience with Program Management in Coda is advantageous.
