JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data, providing valuable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. You will need to possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, or a relevant quantitative discipline).
  • 3+ experience as an Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with forecasting and modeling is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
