POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst, Health Care Delivery Audience Growth is responsible for supporting a retail program to help grow and engage ExtraCare seniors. In this role you will help to define a retail program to attract, inspire, engage, and convert new and existing customers. You will provide end-to-end execution support of in store activations, including ideating on new tactics, managing a calendar of tactics, thinking through how tactics come to life in retail stores, and optimizing performance. This role requires a high level of attention to detail to help bring tactics to life.
An ideal candidate is excited about supporting the execution of complex, cross-functional programs in a results-driven environment. You have a data-driven mindset, lead with a consumer-centric approach, are a master problem solver and entrepreneurial in nature. You must also be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity. The Program Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of Senior Omnichannel marketing.
KEY SKILLS
- Talent for working under pressure in a fast-paced, white space environment, with ability to balance business needs and requests
- Ability to take on tasks outside of immediate scope to help team mission if necessary
- Familiar with retail landscape
- Act as an independent self-starter and provide thought leadership with immediate team, partners, and organization leaders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding
- 2+ years of retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with process improvement
- Experience with Tableau, or equivalent BI programs
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting programs utilizing retail assets to drive senior audience growth
- Support in execution and day-to-day management of end-to-end deliverables, including journey mapping, deploying loyalty offers, and bringing events to life
- Define key KPIs to measure program success
- Seek new opportunities to innovate the retail space and rethink user journeys to create best-in-class customer experiences
- Continuously assess tactic results, and optimize to improve performance
