1.1. Provide analytical support to the management of the contract portfolio held by the ICS. This would include construction of standard monthly outputs such as contract monitoring reports and contract challenges. 1.2.
Carry out analysis, interpretation and presentation of health datasets & information to support decisions on health improvement and healthcare commissioning & delivery. 1.3. Respond to ad-hoc and FOI data analysis requests. 1.4.
Manage and maintain standard operating procedures for service outputs and processes. 1.5. Providing analytics and expertise to enable the Contracting Intelligence team to support client requirements. 1.6.
Support delivery and implementation of specific projects within the service. 1.7. Develop and deliver informative analytics, visualisations, and reporting solutions to support service deliverables and client outputs. 1.8.
Liaising with clients and users to ensure what we deliver meets the client needs and is aligned to the BI Analytics Operating Model. 1.9. Provide training, advice and support to colleagues as required. 1.10.
Present information and issues, explaining complex issues to stakeholders. 1.11. Develop a client focused ethos within the team. 1.12.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders. 1.13. Proactively progressing tasks to deliver projects and work plans, escalating any issues in a timely manner. 1.14.
Management of data quality and integrity to ensure information is accurate and can be used with confidence. 1.15. To deputise for the Principal BI Contract Analyst (Contracting Intelligence) as required
