While not required, experience in the Higher Education sector could be valuable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging stakeholders and presenting findings effectively.

Responsibilities:
Based in the SARO Strategy and Advisory Team, the Senior Analyst will collaborate with academic and professional staff to support decision-making through various analyses, and will operate across a designated activity portfolio to undertake and deliver a range of activities.
The primary role involves independent analysis of higher education data to help achieve the University’s Strategic Plan goals, including sourcing data, developing insights, and writing reports.
Key tasks include analysing student data (enrolment trends, application conversion rates, retention rates), marketing data, institutional benchmarking, and global rankings.
The Senior Analyst will also analyse financial, staffing, and statistical data, and may lead related initiatives.
