QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of WMS and SAP
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement and functional analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Senior Analyst would be responsible for delivering Business Intelligence, data analysis, KPI dashboard monitoring, inventory reviews, KPI and reporting for warehouse, inventory and planning operations.
  • Executing and implementing supply chain strategies (local and global projects)
  • Conducting performance analysis including elaboration and introduction of continuous improvement measures and tools
  • Overhaul operational workflows for all departments to eliminate operational waste and improve critical success factors such as delivery lead time, order processing turnaround time, expiry exposures and working capital efficiency
  • Collaborating with regional supply chain organizations and other external stakeholder Project management ownership of Supply Chain and Sourcing Projects from transition to implementation
  • Result driven and used to create value with a hands-on approach
  • Independently manages collection, adaptation, builds automated periodical mechanism of data analytics to facilitate effective strategic decision making
  • To support implementation of WMS in collaboration with warehouse managers, Inventory Managers and engineering team.
  • Share data with other ERP modules or standalone software products, such as accounting software and transportation management solutions, to increase the efficiency of business operations.
  • Manage inventory turns for materials in the warehouse.
  • Work closely with procurement to optimize supply chain processes and minimize costs.
  • Partners with Category Management/Product Line Supply Chain/Supply Chain Managements well as internal factory managers to model, document ramp up and ramp down scenarios to support on time/on cost productivity as well as BCC project implementation
  • Share data with other ERP modules or standalone software products, such as accounting software and transportation management solutions, to increase the efficiency of business operations.
  • Create step by step directions to guide users through daily processes—such as receiving, picking and packing orders—using predefined rules.
  • Document and maintain SOPs for all supply chain KPI especially for warehouse and inventory operation
