The Information Management Utility (IMU) is an enterprise function within the Chief Operating Office - Shared Services Operations Organization. IMU supports critical information & content services for the Enterprise across the Document Capture, Content Perfection, and Information Records management lifecycle. The Information Management Utility has eight functional areas: four delivery-focused functions (i.e., production teams) and four teams providing horizontal support and business development. The Strategy and Business Development Team is one of these horizontal teams and is responsible maximizing and improving the business value, quality, & experience of the Information Management product and service offerings. By taking a more integrative approach to these functions, IMU will be able deliver a more consistent experience for our customers and operate more efficiently.

In this role, you will:

• Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
• Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
• Lead or participate on large cross group projects
• Mentor less experienced staff
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
