✨Your Responsibilities
- Lead and advise teams on data needs & requirements, including data model ideation, data management, data cleansing, visualizations, development of queries, reporting and training
- Business Intelligence / Analytics / Martech infrastructure maintenance
- Manage and define the pipeline of BI and Martech deliveries, ensuring balance between value delivery and team capacity
- Create company procedures and guidelines for data and analytics
- Develop the team’s technical and business skills
- Deploy fundamental database management capabilities, primarily via SQL, and the tools required to support data reporting and analysis
- Analyze the current marketing technology from a process, and system perspective, and deliver strategic insights to key stakeholders
- Translate business needs into marketing solutions that make the best use of our digital platform capabilities
- Design, scope, and implement Martech projects / solutions
- Develop AdTech initiatives by optimizing programmatic ad solutions, enhancing ad performance
Requirements
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of relevant experience with databases, writing complex SQL queries and modern data stack (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran)
- 4+ years of experience in business and data analysis
- Proven experience and extensive knowledge in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing
- Ability to lead and organize a project team
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools
- 1-2 years of experience in Martech
- CDPs (Customer Data Platform) implementation and maintenance knowledge, preferably Hightouch
- Basic knowledge of Google Core Web Vitals
- Experience in Adtech and programmatic tech solutions, experience in building API integrations to improve ad performance
- Ideally knowledge in SalesForce system integration
