Job Title: Senior Android Engineer

• Job Location: 100% Remote
• Permanent / Direct Hire

Based in San Francisco, CA, we are an exciting FinTech company with the mission of leveling the playing field by building financial products that help our users better manage their financial future. Our platform allows users access to cash, build credit, spend money, file their taxes, and more. You will help convert the data surrounding a customer’s financial life into tools that make our customers smarter and better equipped financially for the future.
Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of Android applications and solutions, developing user experience designs for Android devices, and improving the user experience for our mobile applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with a focus on Android.
• Expertise in Kotlin and mobile architecture.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design and user experience.
• Strong understanding of mobile software development life cycle.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

• Develop Android applications and solutions using Kotlin and other mobile development technologies.
• Design and implement UX/UI for Android devices.
• Facilitate user feedback and analytics to improve the UX of mobile applications.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Troubleshoot and debug mobile applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest mobile development technologies.
