QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed master‘s degree in information technology, business administration or industrial engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in this field, for example as an application developer, product owner or consultant
  • Completed training courses and certificates in salesforce
  • Business fluent in english and ideally knowledge of french, spanish and polish
  • Technical understanding of SaaS solutions and an affinity of processes
  • Communication skills, customer orientation, conscientiousness and ability to cooperate

Responsibilities:

  • Provide conceptual support in the development of reports, dashboards and KPIs to ensure that management has meaningful insights into the performance of the Salesforce platform and can make strategic decisions
  • Coordinate closely with subject matter experts and process management to identify and implement continuous improvements to business processes supported by the Salesforce platform
  • Work closely with the external support provider to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and technical issues are resolved effectively
  • Effectively organize and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding backlog and release management to ensure business requirements are addressed and all parties are informed
  • Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, including coordinating patch updates and developing roadmaps for optimal utilization
  • Lead release management to ensure new features and enhancements are implemented efficiently and effectively to meet business needs
  • Responsibility for communicating and organizing quality assurance and data quality to ensure data is reliable and meets business requirements
