QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing business and technical needs required
- Minimum of 6 years hands-on Epic experience required. Direct experience within the MGB eCare program may be substituted for years of experience requirements.
- Experience developing and integrating clinical business processes and best practices in a healthcare environment required.
- Previous experience as a Lead Epic Analyst and Willow Application experience is preferred.
- In depth knowledge of clinical workflows/terminology (work experience in a clinical setting or supporting a clinical system) required
- Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to effectively lead meetings with diverse attendees required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new content and concepts required
- Previous Epic implementation experience required
- Active Epic Certification strongly preferred (or must obtain Epic Certification)

Responsibilities:
- Provides certified Epic build expertise and experience for successful product implementation
- Provides certified Epic design expertise to analyze organization’s current business practices and translate them into configurations and workflows
- Supports departmental/ functional team with application and information system knowledge
- Completes specific task activities as documented on the Work Plan
- Tracks and resolves issues and action items
- Recognizes, communicates, and escalates concerns relevant to critical path and/or timeline in a timely manner.
- Develops and maintains models of business and system requirements and configures system accordingly
- Documents and analyzes business processes
- Develops subject matter expertise and maintains models and documentation of business and system requirements and configures system accordingly
