Leader Name: Senior Analyst Leader, Accounting Operations
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You’ll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.
As ATB’s next Sr AR/AP Analyst with Accounting Operations, you will be the subject matter expert in Accounts Payable(AR), Accounts Receivable(AP) and Concur Travel/Expense Management. You will provide accounting and technical support to the Accounting Operations team to enable smooth operations in the business processes across multiple tools and platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years experience in accounting/finance related fields
  • A University Degree, preferably in the business, financial or economics
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills to effectively present and communicate data to different levels of audiences
  • Proficiency with Google suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs) and Excel
  • Proficiency with Tableau or other BI tools
  • Working knowledge of ERP tools such as SAP
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and initiate action
  • Hunger for learning and taking up new skills

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly reconciliation of internal accounts
  • Month-end accounting and reporting processes
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting dashboards that provides insights on operational performances
  • Maintain system operations related to GL, profit/cost centers
  • Run ad-hoc data reporting and analysis, translate the information into insights that drives decision making
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide end-to-end support for new business initiatives
  • Update and maintain process documentation
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members with regards to data and reporting
