Job Description :-

• Assist Managing Director to undertake Feasibility Study, Concept / Schematic Designs, Design Development and Design Detailing of projects including selection of material when necessary.
• Coordinate of design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Assist Managing Director to prepare tender drawings, liaising and coordinating with client, consultants and contractors relating to the development process of projects including site coordination through project completion

• Attend clients, consultants and sub-contractors’ meetingsTo check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)

Job Requirements :-

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is compulsory
• Competent Designer with creative design thinking, excellent design detailing skills and BIM competency
• Good Knowledge of BIM (ArchiCAD), AutoCAD, and Sketch-up
• Familiar with Codes of Practices and Regulations for the built environment
• Possess relevant Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture in university accredited with Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
• A proactive and cheerful team player who can work independently
