As an Architectural Technologist you will be joining an architectural practice based in Dublin that due to growth in project pipeline are now seeking to add to their team of Architects and Technologists. This practice has a strong team with a variety of experience with the directors taking on hands on approach to live projects and working closely with the remainder of the team to deliver to the highest quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

For this role you should hold a degree in Architectural Technology with 5 years or more Irish project experience in an architectural practice. You should have a strong ability using Revit as this role will develop into you hopefully being the BIM Lead should you show an aptitude and desire. You should be able to display your technical knowledge, detailing and expertise on DAC and fire certificate where this role will focus on.

As an Architectural Technologist you will be coming in at an intermediate/senior level, there still will be plenty of support but the role has that added autonomy for the level you will be joining at. As an architectural technologist your role will focus around producing technical details on drawings, create planning applications which should go through successfully and also understand the building regulations applicable to the project to ensure an efficient transition of the project from design stage to build. You should have strong technical knowledge when creating tender packages, submitting DAC and fire certificates. The role offers a really collaborative work environment and a focus on CPD training to ensure you are up to date on all current construction methodologies.
