Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture or related majors
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with large scale design consultancies and/or client side representative;
  • Licensed Architect registered by either the Singapore authority or overseas registered is a plus;
  • Experienced in conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documentation phases for rail projects
  • Experienced in construction administration (on-site service) is a plus;
  • Familiar with government approval procedures and associated submission requirements is a plus;
  • Experienced in design competition and familiar with related bidding procedures and requirements;
  • Proficient in design software such as, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design management of the assigned project, such as to assist the Project Director and Project Manager to formulate project schedule and budget plan; as well as to ensure the project is implemented as approved and scheduled;
  • Responsible for the resource management of the assigned projects, such as to assist the Project Director and Project Manager in organizing design team to promote and complete the assigned tasks;
  • Responsible for the quality management of the assigned projects, such as to assist the Project Director and Project Manager to create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements, to manage the quality of project deliverables and final results;
  • Responsible for the production management of the assigned projects, such as to produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant documents which are required as day-to-day design process and deliverables as per contracts of the assigned projects;
  • Responsible for the client management to establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships.
  • Responsible to creatively interpret design briefs to create concept, schematic and detailed designs and construction documentation to an international standard
