Job Description
BACKGROUND/SUMMARY
AECOM are recruiting a Senior Asset Management Consultant to join our well established and growing Asset Management Advisory team. As someone experienced in physical infrastructure project delivery and/or asset management decision-making, you will advise asset-owning organisations about a wide range of organisational asset management needs.
ISO 55000 Asset Management provides a framework for demonstration of adherence to the principles of asset management: value, alignment, leadership and assurance. To realise the benefits of asset management, organisations are devising structured approaches – not only to streamline internal processes and procedures but also to justify activities to external regulators.
Our Asset Management Advisory consulting team is ideally placed to capitalise on the opportunities that exist in the changing world of asset management. Emerging demand is especially strong in relation to critical infrastructure given government targets to decarbonise. To the team you will bring a blend of skills: technical, analytical, communication, collaboration, creativity, curiosity and a desire to solve big and small problems. You must enjoy working with others, be keen to learn new skills and be a keen advocate of Asset Management in the public sphere.
The successful Senior Asset Management Consultant will lead internal project teams and external interactions with clients and will support the growth of SAM / Facilities Management (FM) teams’ services across the UK & Ireland. As part of AECOM’s Technical Practice Network, you will have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues around the world and work on global projects.
