REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualified financial advisor with 5 years’ experience in restructuring or lending.
  • Experience in both Relationship and credit management essential.
  • Exposure to litigation, insolvency, receivership and liquidation beneficial.
  • Knowledge of CCMA, CPC, MCC and how to apply information through interactions with customers.
  • Strong Negotiation skills with confidence to work on own initiative.
  • Elevated level of understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel as well as excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Fantastic Opportunity to join a company going through a period of significant growth on their business in the west of Ireland. This role will involve utilizing and enhancing your restructuring experience and give you the opportunity to display people, credit, and relationship management skills.
You will be given the experience of dealing with a broad portfolio of clients to provide specialist credit restructuring solutions with a well-established team. The opportunity involves dealing with other members of the senior management team and offers an extremely competitive remuneration package, base salary, bonus, pension and a hybrid working model.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meeting and negotiating with borrowers relating to debt settlement.
  • Decision making regarding credit analysis with proactive management of customers with an agreed exit strategy including Litigation.
  • Managing inbound correspondence, providing support and mentorship to the wider team when required.
  • Connection level case management, initiative-taking in ensuring objections are met in a timely manner.
  • Attending project calls and operational meetings, working closely with senior relationship managers.
  • Proactive use of Action CRM systems, ensuring all information and ad hoc requirements are input correctly.
