As an Asset Maintenance Planner within the SEQ Below Rail team you will be responsible for the detailed planning, integration & conflict resolution of large-scale multidisciplinary closure opportunities ensuring data, budgetary & protocol compliance to deliver holistic plans for the safe delivery of asset maintenance & Major Projects on the SEQ Network.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan & integrate large scale multiple discipline closures ensuring compliance across a multitude of parameters in our planning framework.
• Identify future planning opportunities or efficiencies for our maintenance disciplines or Major Projects within SEQ.
• Engage in discussions & conflict resolution to develop strategies that deliver safe & data driven priority Asset Maintenance or Major Project outcomes.
• Reviewing maintenance & Project requests against EAMS Data
• Build & maintain primavera projects for closures.
• Support SEQ Asset Maintenance planners & Project Managers to identify safe & efficient access opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Well-rounded experience in planning, relationship building & problem solving within the railway industry.
• High level of problem solving & relationship building skills.
• Substantial level of software skills within Microsoft Word, Excel & Adobe.
• Substantial level working knowledge of EAMS & Primavera.
• Positive solutions focused attitude and a strong work ethic that fits in with a small and dedicated team.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of the business.
