KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Good degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Business or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral), able to write and edit different types of text.
- Creative and well versed in basic graphic design and video editing software.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work in a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with strong project management and presentation skills.
- Positive individual who is adaptable and can work under tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT DEPARTMENT AND PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The incumbent will augment the marketing communications and business development capabilities in Allied
Health & Pharmacy Operations. He / she will provide marcoms and operational support for 3 departments –
Rehabilitation, Dietetics and Pharmacy.
The incumbent will be integrally involved in the departments’ below-the-line and social media initiatives to
heighten awareness and create positive brand recall, and various projects to enhance patients’ experience. He
/ she will also support the creation and updating of educational resources for Rehabilitation and Dietetics.
He / she will also support the Manager in assigned projects from inception to completion.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Educational & Marketing Collateral
- Initiate / collaborate with project owners to develop new collateral where appropriate. To lead and see through project in a timely manner.
- Ensure all collateral are harmonised, in accordance with NUH / NUHS brand identity guide.
- Advocate and facilitate sustainability by moving from printed to e-copies.
- Business Development
- Support the departments’ initiatives to develop services and revenue streams.
- Monitor performance and where appropriate, work with stakeholders to institute appropriate strategies and solutions to ensure cost recovery and sustain profitability.
- Operational & Patient Experience Projects
- Support and manage assigned projects - work with stakeholders to implement initiatives, track project milestones, escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
