Job Description:
The Assistant Manager will assist the reporting officer in the implementation and optimization of NGEMR FG7 applications and work streams (Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, HIM, PMPA and MPI) within the organisation. He/She will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functionally to ensure project objectives are met, timelines adhered to, and deliverables are of high quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role, showcasing strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare sector and knowledge of the EPIC system will be considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing projects and overseeing operations.
  • Capable of navigating complex settings and adaptive to changing roles and priorities.
  • Excellent teamwork along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Reporting Officer in Project Management Activities:
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular project updates, status reports at designated platforms, and escalate issues to the reporting officer.
  • Engage stakeholders to follow up on action items.
  • Document project activities, decisions and outcomes.
  • Prepare project reports, including progress updates, milestones achieved, and lessons learnt to share at designated platforms.
  • Management of Change Requests:
  • Provide guidance and liaison between build team and requestor on CRs.
  • Track the progress of submitted CRs to ensure implementation by stipulated timeline.
  • Department-specific tasks/responsibilities:
  • Undertake additional department-specific tasks or responsibilities as assigned on an as-needed basis.
