REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will ideally have 6-7 years’ post admission experience (however our client is open to candidates with less or more experience within reason) and have experience in commercial litigation matters from a leading top tier, national or international private practice; or an in-house environment.

They are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Dispute Resolution team based in Sydney, focusing on general commercial litigation with a particular focus on regulatory and tax disputes as well as other complex and strategic disputes.
This role will see you will work closely with a highly ranked partner and other pre-eminent disputes partners and senior lawyers across the group.
In this role, you’ll support diverse clients across various industries, contributing to exceptional client service by handling files, identifying issues, and offering proactive solutions. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial part in advancing business opportunities, collaborating within a motivated team, and building relationships both locally and internationally.
