Grow Your Career as our Senior Associate, Acquisitions & Financial Planning
As the Senior Associate you will be responsible for developing, interpreting and maintaining complex financial models to assist with decisions surrounding the acquisitions of low-rise and high-rise developments as well as other financial analysis to make timely recommendations regarding development decisions. Working directly with the VP, Acquisitions & Financial Planning and the CFO, you will also complete financial and proforma analysis and reports to assist with pricing decisions, sales releases, and other budget related recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition analysis to provide recommendations based on complex financial proforma and business case presentation.
  • Proforma analysis to review and assess various planning scenarios and development options.
  • Pricing recommendations related to product launches & releases as well as scenario analysis.
  • Financial Planning and Investor reporting related to various development projects.
