It is in this context that we are looking for a Senior Associate Adviser to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Take both responsibility and accountability for the associated work required to deliver new client business, including the preparation and delivery of advice as the case may require. This advice needs to be provided in a profitable manner and could be prepared by the SAA or with the support of other Advisers and staff
- Ensure that clients are informed of their options and understand any recommendations that are made to them by providing high quality personal wealth management advice
- Identify when a client needs additional advice and deliver this advice to clients on a timely basis
- Deliver minimum Service Standards (as determined / amended by the business from time to time), ensuring work is completed in a timely manner and that client issues are addressed within an approved timeframe
- Ensure backup support for other SAA’s while they are away from the office (e.g. on leave)
- Mentor and train support staff as a senior peer and responsible for allocating workload
