An in egral par of he Corpora e Finance offering, Agency & rus ee Services (A S) is a marke leading provider of facili y agen and securi y rus ee services managing over 450 syndica ed bank deb facili ies for ins i u ional, corpora e and specialised finance borrowers and issuers across a varie y of indus ry sec ors. Our clien s are made up of he borrowers and issuers we service, as well inves ors and lenders we represen in syndica es comprising Aus ralian and in erna ional financial ins i u ions and ins i u ional funds.
he role
We are curren ly seeking applica ions for he posi ion of a Senior Associa e o manage a diversified por folio of syndica ed loan ransac ions (secured and unsecured) and accoun bank roles as an Agency rela ionship manager. You will work closely wi h deal eams including origina ors, syndica ors and legal counsels o assis borrowers in mee ing financial close requiremen s for new ransac ions and refinancing of exis ing ransac ions. Pos financial close you will manage syndica e rela ionships be ween borrowers and lenders in respec of all credi rela ed and opera ional ma ers wi h he help of Agency Opera ions.

he successful candida e will have relevan er iary qualifica ions Finance/Business rela ed discipline combined wi h ex ensive experience wi hin Corpora e & Ins i u ional Banking and a s rong unders anding of syndica ed lending and legal documen a ion in a clien facing role.
You’ll be a de ail focused and a proac ive self-s ar er wi h clien origina ion skills and he abili y o work au onomously wi h a high degree of organisa ional skills. Possess ou s anding in erpersonal and wri en skills wi h a proven abili y o in erac effec ively wi h s akeholders and be an ac ive con ribu or in a high performing eam. his role requires s rong a en ion o de ail, ime managemen skills wi h he capabili y o effec ively manage conflic ing priori ies and compe ing s akeholder expec a ions, whils driving ou comes.
