Our business law team is passionate about helping businesses and corporates to unlock their potential. We work alongside
great clients ranging from household names and international corporates, to high growth companies and privately-held
businesses.
You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and cutting-edge corporate and commercial work in a friendly and
supportive team. The work will include mergers and acquisitions, franchising, debt and equity financing and a wide range of
commercial contracts and advice. You will have plenty of client contact and responsibility, and will work closely with and
supervise and mentor other team members.
We are long-established while also progressive and innovative. We take pride in delivering high quality work while being
responsive, flexible and pragmatic in our approach to finding the best solutions for our clients.
We invested significantly in technology over several years and have offered part-time, WFH days and flexible hours for our
team throughout this time and will continue to do so.
