QUALIFICATIONS:
- Wealth Management Business Acumen: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 – 7 years’ experience in retail/consumer banking (mass affluent client segment).
- A track record of having a strong network of trusted clients and successful AUM track record.
- Possess relevant accreditations like CACS 1 & 2.
- A commission-based compensation structure.
DOMAIN SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities.
- Experience in understanding the financial needs of the mass affluent to lower HNW clients.
- Demonstrate strong interest in financial, global, and capital markets.
- Demonstrate strong interest in technology platforms specifically around wealth tech.
- Deep understanding of investment needs, frustrations and preferences of the mass affluent and lower high net worth client segments.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Existing strong client connections in SEA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships.
- Extremely self-motivated and determined to work in a fast-paced, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial company.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with a hunter mindset to crush sales targets.

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
Adroit Vantage has built a powerful digital wealth management platform for accredited investors and is looking for a Client Acquisition Manager (CAM) to help grow its users in SEA. CAMs are responsible for onboarding mass affluent and HNWI clients onto the wealth tech platform and providing financial advice and solutions that meet their investment needs, across all the sophisticated products on the platform.
