REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in delivering technical advice on a range of banking and finance matters from a top tier, national or international private practice environment.

This role will see you work with two market leading partners who have extensive experience. You will work on large and complex transactions, representing significant domestic and offshore lenders, borrowers, and sponsors, with a focus on major Australian listed companies, and key financial institutions such as major Australian banks.
