DESIGNATION : Senior Associate, Befriending Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Business Management or other relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in community or healthcare sectors

In your role as a Senior Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing the overall befriending services that includes working with Centre-in-charge to ensure that appropriate befriending services are provided to Seniors at their homes and overseeing the volunteer befriender programmes. You will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of befriending processes for all Active Ageing Centres.
