Description:

Role Purpose :
Provides comprehensive and strategic benefit analytics and administration support to the Rewards team to deliver key business results. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation and research of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current benefit and business trends. Primarily supports benefit programs for US, Canada, and Latin America with broader global support provided as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyzes benefit plan utilization, trends and costs.
  • Assesses opportunities for efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Assists in the development of benefit program recommendations and strategies for improved employee engagement.
  • Consults with team in development of metrics / dashboards.
  • Completes benchmark surveys and assesses results.
  • Prepares comprehensive reports for management and benefit committee meetings.
  • Audits plan vendor records against payroll and other internal HR databases.
  • Analyzes compliance testing results and reconciles data discrepancies.
  • Assists with plan compliance activities including timely filings and collecting data for annual plan audits and valuations.
  • Ensures overall benefit plan data integrity by supervising vendor interfaces, recommending improvements and storing key documents.
  • Responsible for vendor management of all benefit plans to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Supervises total benefit costs against budget.
  • Coordinates monthly benefit account reconciliations, resolves discrepancies and prepares quarterly plan reports.
  • Assists in Mergers and Acquisitions by bringing together data, preparing due diligence plan comparisons and high-level summary analysis.
  • Supports benefit team on day-to-day administration, resolving employee concerns, special projects and initiatives.
  • Oversees administrative tasks, ensuring accurate and timely execution of the company’s global Recognition and Wellbeing programs.
  • Coordinates meetings for benefit programs and is responsible for mailings.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in learning opportunities, including reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Compensation/Benefits Information ( New York applicants only ):
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $96,900 - $180,100.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
