Responsibilities:
THIS ROLE IS FOCUSED ON HIGH-IMPACT, HIGH-VALUE ACTIVITIES IN ALL ASPECTS OF ACCOUNT COORDINATION, INCLUDING:
- Account Coordination: prepare for, participate in and follow up on regular account team calls with established account teams for strategically important accounts, with a focus on our two primary geographical regions in Zurich and Romandie.
- Account Governance: maintain accurate reflection of account roles in our internal systems.
- Top Management/Board contacts: Manage and regularly update a comprehensive overview of key stakeholders for allocated accounts, initiate actions to enrich our marketing database.
- Support business development initiatives: assist with the EY Entrepreneur Of The YearTM program, Client Experience activities, event invitation processes, budget and expenses monitoring, etc.
