Description:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualifications in business, marketing, or communications
  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Track record of successfully negotiating and closing business opportunities in a client-facing capacity
  • Excellent writing & research skills
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CRM systems
  • Detail-oriented
  • Capacity to successfully manage multiple project deliverables with changing deadlines
  • Experience in the CPG industry or experience with social enterprise preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organization, drive sales revenues and build relationships with potential partners across the CPG world, building, developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Autonomously manage a pipeline by identifying and securing new partnerships for TerraCycle through proactive outreach as well as management of inbound inquiries via email, web-conferencing, and phone
  • Develop client-specific presentations
  • Present TerraCycle’s programs virtually and in person (when possible) to potential new partners in conjunction with the local and global Brand Partnerships Business Development team
  • Work with new partners on pricing and finalization of contracts
  • Identify new, profit generating opportunities for TerraCycle
  • Maintain records on accounts and update CRM system.
