G&E is a national business which connects to NAB’s social purpose and helps address society’s biggest challenges including social housing, infrastructure, and education. The client mix is diverse and includes government bodies, government owned enterprises, the tertiary education providers, and community housing providers.
We have touchpoints across all business units and central functions as well as significant product diversity.
The FGT CME team provides team members exposure to clients in the other segments of FGT portfolio, with primary responsibility for this position to the G&E portfolio, but an opportunity to work on the Banks/NBFIs and Technology portfolios provides greater scope for exposure, as well as learning/training experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing credit submissions, conducting financial analysis, making recommendations, and liaising with credit on transactions.
  • In concert with senior team members, support transaction execution through the analysis and interpretation of financial statements/modelling, due diligence, and legal documentation
  • Workflow management between the Relationship Management Team, CME, CME Enablement, and other Origination Partners to achieve seamless client experience.
  • Responsible for managing the ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and compliance requirements of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is a good standard.
  • Be an additional point of contact for clients within the portfolio.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge.
  • Attend internal and external stakeholder meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes while managing portfolio risks.
  • Train, coach and develop skills of new starters and existing team members.
