Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- LLB Degree
- Tax qualification
- Admission as an Attorney in South Africa
- Legal Practice Council member in Good Standing
- At least 5 years postadmission experience at a large, well-established law firm, or in the inhouse legal department of a large corporate group of companies
- Experience in corporate and commercial law is essential, and particularly in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Ability to conduct extensive research and having a detail-oriented approach.
