Robert Half is exclusively working with a multi-asset investment firm based in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a Senior Compliance Associate who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must possess SCA (Securities and Commodities Authority) and will report directly to the VP of Compliance. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by regulatory authorities, particularly SCA.
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Assist in drafting and updating compliance manuals, training materials, and other relevant documentation.
• Provide compliance guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including trading desks, portfolio managers, and senior management.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure the company’s compliance framework remains up-to-date.
• Assist in regulatory filings and submissions as required.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and audits as necessary.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of compliance monitoring tools and systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters for the organization.
