Requirements:

• LLB Degree
• Tax qualification would be highly advantageous
• Admission as an Attorney in South Africa
• Legal Practice Council member in Good Standing
• 3 years postadmission experience at a large, well-established law firm, or in the

inhouse legal department of a large corporate group of companies

• Experience in corporate and commercial law is essential, and particularly in drafting

and reviewing contracts

• Ability to conduct extensive research and having a detail-oriented approach
