Are you a senior level Lawyer with 5+ years PAE with a focus on Cyber, Data and Privacy law within a private practice law firm? We are currently representing a prestigious national firm, with over seven decades of excellence, as they expand their Sydney office due to heightened demand in its Insurance practice focusing on cyber incidents.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are in search of an accomplished Lawyer to undertake a pivotal role managing and providing cyber incident breach response services for existing insurance clients, both insurers and insured. Previous litigation expertise in advising on disputes or class actions arising from data breaches and disputes arising from cyber incidents will be highly regarded.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in litigation, with a focus on cyber and/or privacy matters.
- Hold a current Australian practicing certificate.
- Possess strong critical reasoning and investigative skills, coupled with high-level drafting abilities.
- Ability to think laterally and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
