Description:
Elevate Partners are working with a new to market, global private equity fund who are currently building out their Dublin team. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will work in a collaborative investment team and work across the full deal cycle from origination to execution and hands-on portfolio management, growth strategy. Role highlights below:
· Identification and detailed analysis of suitable target companies and markets
- Development of investment concepts from a strategic and financial point of view
- Modelling and structuring of acquisitions
- Management of the due diligence and negotiation process up to the completion of investments
- Responsible management portfolio companies
