Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Reporting commitments relating to the COO & EUs projects (liaising with the key business stakeholders, the COO & EUs Finance team and the broader Finance community).
  • Provide support to HO Finance Enabling Units to manage ELT member relationships across Enabling Units.
  • Accountable for the month end close and reporting to the business and Group Finance.
  • Responsible for Investments Finance submissions and requests.
  • Accountable for building plans and financial forecasts in conjunction with the business and Group Finance.
  • Accountable for maintaining a robust and compliant control framework.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Have a strategic thinking/operations mindset.
  • Stakeholder management, relationship building, and strong communication skills are integral with a proven track record engaging with and collaborating with the team.
  • Prioritising demand for reporting, developing options for technical solutions and make recommendation on preferred option.
  • Synthesising information from a variety of sources and extracting relevant concepts/themes and presenting them to ensure business relevance and organisational impact.
  • Preparing and delivering financial presentations for the business and finance stakeholders
  • Finance/Business discipline tertiary qualification preferred.
