Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Reporting commitments relating to the COO & EUs projects (liaising with the key business stakeholders, the COO & EUs Finance team and the broader Finance community).
- Provide support to HO Finance Enabling Units to manage ELT member relationships across Enabling Units.
- Accountable for the month end close and reporting to the business and Group Finance.
- Responsible for Investments Finance submissions and requests.
- Accountable for building plans and financial forecasts in conjunction with the business and Group Finance.
- Accountable for maintaining a robust and compliant control framework.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:
- Have a strategic thinking/operations mindset.
- Stakeholder management, relationship building, and strong communication skills are integral with a proven track record engaging with and collaborating with the team.
- Prioritising demand for reporting, developing options for technical solutions and make recommendation on preferred option.
- Synthesising information from a variety of sources and extracting relevant concepts/themes and presenting them to ensure business relevance and organisational impact.
- Preparing and delivering financial presentations for the business and finance stakeholders
- Finance/Business discipline tertiary qualification preferred.
