KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Good diploma in any discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the healthcare industry and leading a small team
  • Tech-savvy with experience using several different IT systems in daily work
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work in a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patient-fronting experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

ABOUT DEPARTMENT AND PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Primarily, the incumbent will lead a team of Patient Service Associates (PSAs) to manage clinic operations in Rehabilitation Centre, Dietetics Centre and Medical Social Worker Office. He/she will continuously review operations to identify and initiate improvements to processes and service delivery. He/She will be working closely with the respective clinical leads in the Therapeutics sections to coordinate and facilitate service delivery with all parties from different sections/departments.
The incumbent will also provide administrative support to the Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead/supervise PSAs to ensure smooth operations on the ground
  • Supervise and train the team to ensure service standards are upkept at all times.
  • Ensure sufficient manpower and step in to assist to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Feedback management
  • Attend to patient feedback and find solutions to amicable closure and identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Administrative duties
  • Perform administrative support in procurement/billing processes.
  • Be the Single point of contact (SPOC) for department for administrative matters.
  • Prepare onboarding for new staff.
