Job Description:
Our client is a leading firm specializing in Fire Engineering and Performance Solutions, currently expanding nationally. They are seeking a Senior/Associate level Fire Engineer to establish and grow their presence in Brisbane.
You will be responsible for securing projects, building client relationships, and establishing a local team. This role offers the flexibility to choose the office location within the Brisbane area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop the Brisbane branch, including office setup and hiring local staff, as you grow.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities across different sectors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with the wider team across Australia to leverage resources and ensure project success. All the support you need can be provided as the team across Australia is ready to tackle anything you throw their way.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Fire Engineering or related disciplines.
• Proven track record in project management and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong network and understanding of the Brisbane market preferred, but not required.

Benefits:

• Salary between 180k - 250k AUD, depending on experience.
