We’re seeking a future team member for the role of
Senior Associate - Fund/Client Accounting to join our EFT Fund Accounting team. This role is located in Cork, Ireland – HYBRID (3 Days in Office p/week).

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

The ETF Assistant Manager has direct responsibility for ensuring that the net asset values (NAVs) of the fund are calculated accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with BNY Mellon standard procedures.
Show initiative and enthusiasm with an ability to set and achieve challenging goals
Responsible for the scheduling of work and ensuring that the necessary controls are followed to provide accurate and timely fund accounting/administration services to clients.
Responsible for ensuring that BNY Mellon standard policies, procedures and controls are always adhered to.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager.
Conducts accounting services on complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, portfolio composition files (PCFs) and preparing reports.
Performs complex Fund/Client Accounting responsibilities in the areas of driving Service Improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes and specialist review functions.
Drafts reports for clients in response to various fund-related queries
Regularly interacts with clients in answering questions and resolving issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes.
Help to determine the impact of new regulations on BNY Mellon fund accounting practices.
Provides guidance to less experienced team members.
May have responsibility for managing the performance of team members. Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives.
