You will enjoy working collaboratively with other groups across our Sydney and interstate offices and be comfortable working autonomously on matters. The ability to delegate and supervise other lawyers in a collaborative and inclusive manner is also highly regarded.
We value highly developed interpersonal and business building skills, commerciality, confidence and leadership skills. This role presents a real and unique opportunity to progress your career in a growing firm.

The Disputes & Investigations group covers all aspects of general commercial litigation and financial regulatory matters as well as dispute resolution. Working closely with partners across our Sydney and interstate offices, you would be joining a dynamic, experienced and highly reputable team, with an existing portfolio of a diverse range of clients and matters, ranging from advising ASX listed companies, corporate regulators and medium to large corporates on a variety of contentious issues including:

  • commercial and contractual disputes;
  • negligence claims;

  • regulatory matters;
  • disputes concerning directors/shareholders; and
  • property (real and intellectual) and construction disputes

Responsibilities:

Recognised for their ability to handle complex and commercial disputes, our Disputes & Investigations group has unrivalled experience in conducting proceedings, negotiations and settlements through court, mediations and arbitrations across a broad range of industries. The group is well-known and respected for their application of sound legal, forensic, investigative and evidentiary skills in complex, multi-party litigation and disputes.
