Job description

Your function:

• Serve as a key resource for analyzing problems and devising innovative solutions.
• Supervise client matters effectively and manage projects efficiently.
• Align business plans with strategic priorities.
• Mentor team members and provide effective management.
• Ensure compliance with Best Practice standards.
• Propose strategies for resolving complex issues directly to clients.
• Review and improve document drafts for effectiveness.

Profile

Your profile:

• Registered attorney with the Luxembourg bar or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leading law firm, preferably in Luxembourg.
• Additional experience with retail/UCITS funds and AIFM structuring.
• Fluent in English and French, with German proficiency preferred.
