Responsibilities:

In this role, you will join the award-winning Workplace Insurance team focusing on Employment Practice Liability matters led by a team of award-winning Principals. As a Senior Associate, prepare to:

  • Champion clients in employment-related claims, offering expert advice and representation.
  • Attend conciliation conferences and make your mark in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employment terms, conditions, and performance management.
  • Craft and refine settlement agreements, employment contracts, and policies with precision and finesse.
