Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY
A career in Partner Leadership & Succession within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide both strategic and operational support to the Partner Leadership & Succession team.
- End to End Management of Partner Medicals Insurance (Life, Travel, Medical)
- Claim Management
- Invoices and Entity Billing
- Industry Knowledge in the Brokerage and Medical Field to support claims bespoke to Partner services
- Consolidation of Medical Census
- Ensuring all dependents are enrolled in medical insurance
- Pre-joining Medical and Annual Medical Reporting / arrangements / appointments
- Claims and training of EA management on Health Apps and Claims
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Arabic would be advantageous
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Strong MS office skills
- Experience in building google sites
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues
- Basic data analytics and reporting
