Description:

We are hiring! Changi Airport is looking for a well-rounded product development senior associate to drive growth for Changi Rewards, the travel and retail loyalty program of Changi Airport. As part of the Rewards Product Development team, you will play a pivotal role in developing digital products for our members. QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Good degree with 1- 2 years of experience in system and product development, preferably in retail/ hospitality/ tourism/ banking/ transport
  2. Knowledge in Amazon Web Services products
  3. Intermediate to advance skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Power Automate), knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (eg Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) and project management tools (eg JIRA) highly desirable
  4. UX design background and skills is an added advantage
  5. Results and customer oriented, with demonstrated ability to understand and identify appropriate solutions and/or alternatives
  6. Demonstrates success in working independently and within a team

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance new Changi Rewards digital initatives to provide personalised service to Changi Rewards’ top members
  • Drive expansion of Changi Rewards ecosystem by adding new channels for earning and redemption of Changi Rewards points
  • Grow Changi eV card usage and adoption through a dedicated portal for corporate sales
  • Spearhead other enhancements and integration of CRM system with other downstream systems in the Changi ecosystem which includes change management, refining business processes, compliance to regulations, review of UX designs, system readiness and training end users
  • Manage fraud detection checks from generation of reports, checking members’ transactions to identify potential fraudulent cases or system bugs, processing of remediation and restitution on confirmed fraudulent cases, review of the fraud scenarios and update to management
  • Provide support to daily operations, system related issues on the CRM system and managers within CR team
  • Adopt best CRM practices and innovations and develop best-in-class loyalty program to both travellers and non-travellers through a suite of offerings and unique experiences
