With most of our clients’ having an international focus, you will be working across different sectors in cross-border deal teams. As a key member of these M&A and Debt Advisory teams, you will be accountable for adding value by:

• Executing complex (international) M&A transactions
• Engaging with interesting clients from all market sectors and relying on your experience, serving as the primary contact for clients
• Developing detailed and reliable financial models and valuation analyses
• Overseeing and conducting daily meetings and reviews, presenting metrics, and documenting follow-up with businesses
• Managing the team’s various activities as a team and project leader
• Training and mentoring analysts, while having opportunities for personal growth by attending internal and external training programs
• Working with highly skilled, ambitious and motivated colleagues in deal teams of varying size
• Driving further growth of the practices
