Senior Associate Product Manager- GIS exp (Public Sector)

Publicis Sapient | Public Sector business unit is looking for a Senior Associat e Product Manag er to join our team of bright thinkers and doers.

Your Impact:

• Partner with clients, architects, and data engineers to shape mapping and geospatial products to support business objectives.
• Work within a cross-functional team to lead client project planning, estimation, and delivery.
• Establish goals for the product with success and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes.
• Maintain and groom a backlog of product bugs and enhancements, working with clients to determine priority and delivery expectations.
• Identify and realize business outcomes by using the most suitable and effective project management approach, methods, processes, and tools to ensure a high degree of delivery and solution quality.
• Understand customer needs, translate these into solution features, and serve as the voice of the customer when collaborating with the team.
• Provide excellent customer service in an environment with multiple stakeholders and business owners.
• Work on Agile Development Team in various capacities including user story creation, grooming, and running sprint ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain documentation including requirements documents and user guides.
• Build and maintain a trusting relationship with the client, teams, and vendors; develop influence without authority.
• Organize and lead ongoing team planning sessions to identify key risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Roles and Responsibilities:

• This role is a blend of product and project management esponsibilities.
• You will be responsible to collaborate with business owners to define the product functionality and road map, as well as gather product requirements.
• Additionally, you will strategize project execution for implementing said functionality, overseeing the team throughout the process.

Must-Haves:

• Application open to ONLY U.S Citizens and U.S Permanent Residents (GC) Not open to sponsorships!!
• Must be eligible to obtain U.S. Government Clearance (Public Trust)
• Applicants must be residing in the US and be legally authorized to work.
• Local candidates from the Washington DC metro area, Maryland, and Virginia are preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience; consulting experience is a plus.
• Exp with Esri ArcGIS or other geographic information system (GIS) products
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team and successfully deliver on concurrent client initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in creating product vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions and services - from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality.
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services.
• Ability to manage multiple smaller projects/initiatives at one time and prioritize work to customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate the ideation.
• Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of customer value.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Public health experience or familiarity with public health data
• Familiarity with Federal government health care programs and services
• SAFe certifications
