Description:
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in Emiratisation or nationalization initiatives.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the Emirati community.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies.
- Knowledge of Emiratisation laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English required
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead Emiratisation initiatives by actively engaging with diverse talent pools and fostering an inclusive recruitment process.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for available positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
- Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salary packages, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, including candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
