Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

You’ll provide trade and working capital solutions to support a trading business’s cash flow requirements, allowing Corporate and Institutional clients to meet their growth aspirations. Naturally curious by nature, you enjoy proactively researching to identify and source new opportunities to support new or existing NAB customers. Leveraging from your developing brand, this role will enable you to continue networking across the Enterprise and external marketplace building awareness of the TWC product offering. You’ll deliver this with energy and drive whilst tempered with the right balance of a customers’ risk and sanctions obligations to ensure compliance.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Drive and deliver positive contribution to overall team engagement and participation in planned visitation programs, proactive calling and identifying opportunities to improve services via customer efficiencies to ensure growth in advocacy. You’ll also monitor customer defections due to service issues or other matters.
  • Build the TWC brand via a collaborative team approach to uplift coverage teams’ working knowledge on working capital products and services. Your proactive nature to seek new business opportunities for TWC through conversations with clients and their advisors will deepen relationships to ensure shared success and drive customer advocacy of TWC at NAB
  • Monitor TWC facilities to ensure the customer’s needs are met ongoing, this includes annual reviews and increases, account management of invoice finance/corporate receivables facilities, and provide a great service experience to all customers.
  • Proactive management of risk via action plans, analysis of field examination reports on the portfolio and liaising with the Credit Manager for decisioning and recommendations. Where needed, you will assist in the recovery of outstanding TWC liabilities in conjunction with SBS/Relationship Managers, the Bank’s professional advisers and other appropriate stakeholders to ensure bad debts are minimised, and collect outs are optimised. Support management of sanctions and ESG risk across client facilities.
